These Terms govern your use of the website and the Pick Me Up application provided by Zeitgeist Labs, Inc. ("Zeitgeist Insight," "we"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Pick Me Up supports wellbeing and connection but does not provide medical or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, call your local emergency number, or in the U.S. call or text 988.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
The Services
The Services help people check in on their wellbeing, reflect, and stay connected with a support network they choose. Features may change over time.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the Services unlawfully or to harm, harass, or deceive others.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
- Only add or contact people who have consented to hear from you.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit it solely to provide the Services to you and the people you choose. You are responsible for the content you submit and share.
Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties (such as cloud hosting, transcription, and app stores). Their terms may also apply to your use.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeitgeist Labs, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and request deletion of your account (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Services or users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
