Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Pick Me Up account and associated data at any time. This page explains how and what happens.

How to request deletion

In the app

Open Pick Me Up and go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm.

By email

Email privacy@zeitgeistinsight.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We may take steps to verify your identity before acting on the request.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile.
• Your wellbeing and feelings check-ins.
• Your journal and reflection entries.
• Your voice recordings and their transcriptions.
• Your support-network connections and related data.

Timing

We process deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may persist temporarily in encrypted backups and is purged on our regular backup rotation.

What we may retain

We may retain limited information where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to prevent abuse, and we may keep aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you.
